My Nephew Colin

Colin Teoh is my nine-year-old nephew, who also happened to be the only baby to have his ass wiped clean of crap by me. So far he has not shown any signs that he was significantly traumatized by that event. But perhaps I was! LOL! That happened years ago while I was in between jobs – I was bumming around at home when he was born.

So as my sister’s birthday drew near, my Warden asked Colin if he knew that his mom’s birthday was coming. This happened over MSN one morning:

Warden: Do you know it’s your mom’s birthday this Friday?

Colin: No.

Warden: Now that you know, what are you going to give her as a surprise?

Colin: I don’t know.

<After some pause>

Colin: I can’t surprise Mommy because she already knows tomorrow is her birthday.

LOL… the innocence of children.

These mini cakes were delicious though, and Colin gobbled up the chocolate one all by himself!
