There are certain schools of thought that say if you work hard enough, you can make a difference and change your future. Another school of thought is that from the moment you are born, everything has been pre-ordained. Every step you take, every thought you have, imagine that those things have no effect on your ultimate journey through life, because it has been written in the stars.
A master whom I recently consulted mentioned things about my basic character (following is just some of it):
- I am capable in my work, but I tend not to be too showy.
- I treat my colleagues and subordinates well at work, as I do not like conflicts.
- I am a keen observer of characters, so I understand the flaws in others very well. However, due to this trait, others may be wary of me since I know their faults.
- I have a problem where I seem to have problems with people during gatherings or when I visit them at their homes.
- I have a problem keeping the money that I make, no matter how hard I try, and I will not know where the money went.
Then he also said some startling things about 2007:
- I will change my glasses (I was wearing contact lenses when I met him).
- I will spend money on a holiday trip.
- If I owned a car I would have an accident.
- If I have a partnership in business, it will either fail or my partnership will see a change (probably in partners).
- I will have a tooth extraction.
It’s rather startling because 3 of the above has actually happened, and hopefully the two that didn’t happen will not… but damn… my dental appointment is due…
Imagine that! So I discussed this with Wilfrid and apparently he has some study in this field. He even knows how the drawings work! So here’s a snippet of our conversation (via IM):
Me: If everything is already written in the stars, why do I bother working so hard?
W: Because it has been written that you will work hard.
Me: …
I think Wilfrid can be an Oracle.

I remember when I was studying at the University, one of my buddies could do exactly that. It is not easy to interpret this ancient Chinese astrology. There are many “phrases” to remember and based on birthday and time, your stars are aligned accordingly.
If my memory serves me right, u can actually do a “combo” with the one whom you love and see what the results would be if you marry that person.
The beauty of that study is that it can actually read your life in stages. So, in some way, you have your past to verify and your future to ponder.
However, as told by my buddy, it is only trend. Pretty much like if one’s family and relatives have a tendency of depression or suicidal, doesn’t mean that you will have it as well. But there is a tendency.
Can you change the trend? The answer is yes. That’s why if you register your palm patterns 10 years ago and now, more likely or not they have changed as your present unveils itself.
So, do take note of the trend but forge your own future
