*Yawn* It’s Monday again, first Monday of the month. Part of me want the days to go faster because the weather is getting freakin warm these days, the other part of me wish I can slow down time a bit, because there are just too many things to do. Many things to do… yeah, which explains why I’ve not been updating my blog for a long while. Plus I’ve been of poor health in recent weeks *cough! cough!*, most of the time I just want to lie in bed and die then and there.
Apart from a visit to the IT Show last Friday with my buddy Wilfrid, and our late-night-early-morning instanced dungeon romp, the rest of the weekend was spent literally doing nothing. I wasn’t even playing World of Warcraft much, as looking at the screen gave me a massive headache, and I felt like puking my guts out. Silly cough just wouldn’t leave me alone. *Sigh*… signs of old age, when the body doesn’t recover from an illness without a prescription of antibiotics from the doctor.
Hasn’t been sleeping well too. For some reason I kept waking up in the middle of the night, take a look at the clock and going back to a restless stupor. It’s like one of those nights when the mind wouldn’t let up and go take a break. So much of today is spent dozing off at my desk, sipping coffee and writing this blog. At least the headache’s gone, and the cough is improving. The bit of rain in the afternoon was much need relief from the heat as well. Cheerios.

Dude … you sound like you are 60 years old! I remember you were in months of poor health right after your marriage ya? How about having someone to take a look at the Feng Shui of your new home?
I think all you need is a good defense system. That goes without saying a natural source of Vitamins and lots of outdoor and indoor exercise. On top of that … a positive mindset (perhaps your work has been dragging you down lately).

I do weightlifting exercise at home … what were you thinking of what I was talking about?!

No lah… of course I was thinking about doing weights, push-ups, etc, etc… that sort of exercises…
