The Power of Three came to my workplace. Now, instead of a single plasma HDTV, we have the World Cup replays featured on 3 HDTVs! Apparently my client is a strong believer of thorough testing and is now commited to making sure their infrastructure supports what is in the market today. Hmm… I wonder what has caused this sudden interest in testing? TVs provided for free perhaps? Or are the stocks doing so well that they have the extra budget to get these beauties?
The people I work with, however, seems pretty resistant when it comes to actually conducting the work of testing. Hmm… double standards?

i won’t be too surprised if these are loan sets. NTT = Starhub. And when I go to the NTT office, they’ve got 2 huge plasma sets there too. Loan units one.
at the end of the day, 1 set was hooked to the xbox and 1 set was hooked to the PS2. i think they play games more on it than for the work itself – which was to see if the platform can support close-HDTV video conferencing capabilities.
