Any mystery/thriller fan worth their salt should have heard of Dan Brown by now, the author of the Da Vinci Code. The fiction starts with the murder of well-known museum curator Sauniere, which triggered a trail of events that threatened to shake the very foundations of the Church. Why was he murdered? Why did he arrange himself in such a position before he died?

Dan Brown has effectively brought together the melding of historical facts, myths and fiction into a roller-coaster ride, not to be missed. There are enough interesting facts that raised a few eyebrows – things that I had never been quite interested in. They were enough to make me run a search on Google, just to find out a little more.
